The rate of self-harm incidents decreased in male establishments from the previous 12-month period but increased in female establishments In the most recent quarter there were 84 deaths, a 29% increase from 65 deaths in the previous quarter. Of these, 86 deaths were self-inflicted, a 28% increase from the 67 self-inflicted deaths in the previous 12 months.
